What TranceHQ is

TranceHQ is a free, non-commercial trance discovery site, a catalogue of releases, artists, labels, charts, sets and events, run by one person as a hobby project. It isn't a store: nothing is sold here, and creating an account never requires payment. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use it.

Accounts

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. Keep your password to yourself, you're responsible for anything done through your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see our privacy policy); we can also suspend or remove an account that's used to abuse the site, post spam, harass other members, or break these terms.

Content you post

If you post in the forum, submit a missing release, report a problem, or suggest a correction, you keep ownership of what you write, but you're giving us permission to display, moderate and (where relevant to the catalogue) edit or incorporate it. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. We can remove or edit any submitted content at our discretion, without notice.

Catalogue and third-party content

Track, release, artist and label information is drawn from Discogs, MusicBrainz, Spotify, Beatport and YouTube, as described in our privacy policy and in the attribution notices in the site footer. We try to keep this accurate, but can't guarantee it's complete, up to date, or error-free, use the "Report a problem" / "Submit a missing release" links if you spot something wrong. TranceHQ isn't affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discogs, MusicBrainz, Spotify, Beatport or YouTube; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

TranceHQ is provided "as is", free of charge, with no guarantee it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site itself at any time. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
