About

Grooved Music was conceived in 2000 by Roger De Sousa and David Friedmann as "a platform to release quality house music from Africa". Both are residents at the "Truth" nightclub in Midrand. Grooved Music nowadays operates as a netlabel exclusively and has several imprint labels, having also attracted a pedigree of international producers.
