About

Members: Ariane MacAvoy, Peter Ziegelmeier, Gilbert Levey

Gil and Ariane met each other in Goa in 1985 and were together constantly until Gil's death. Ariane's keen interest in African djembe drumming and West African traditional dance and music had a big influence on the development and direction of Gil's musical tastes and concepts.
