music with the help of Sven Väth. Between 1995 and 1996, Fred co-produced several trance releases on vinyl, providing ideas and sounds and making the arrangements. At the same time, he co-founded POF Music with Olivier Le Castor and Patrick Salhofer and produced a couple of remixes of other artists' tracks. In 1998, assisted by a guitarist and a percussionist, Fred and (Serbian producer) Dr. Vaki formed a project called "Les Masochats". When NATO started bombing Yugoslavia in 1999, Fred brought his ex-wife with him in France and retired from the scene. His last gig took place in Zagreb, Croatia.
